可以用木方加夾板、批灰掃油。或用大幅膠摺門間開做房。

All termites has only one queen in nest give brith to small termite.Don't use pest-killer spray to the termites ! It can't kill the queen it in nest , you can find some termites control services company to help you.
If you want to try it yourself ,you can go to material company (五金鋪) buy medicine for anti white-ant ,put it near the white -ant,let them bring to nest,after one to two week,all white ant will dead.(please keep clear of child)

可以先剩一桶水，水量跟水箱相約，直接沖廁看看效果，如暢順即可試換內膽。

因沒有註明，假設你所使用的是背箱型沖廁系統，就所述情況，可能是水箱的內膽老化，令水流不暢順而減低沖力。

到五金舖買些雲石臘捽在花了的表面上，再用細號水磨砂紙慢慢磨平即可。

水力過猛，可將總制扭細半圈試試。如水龍頭內有異物也可能有聲，要清理。
